1. Quality: All pottery and apparel items are handmade or crafted with care, using high-quality materials and solid construction. However, due to the nature of handmade and small-batch production, slight variations in size, shape, color, and texture may occur. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade goods, and we do not guarantee that items will be identical to the product images.

2. Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your handmade pottery, we recommend following these care guidelines:

• Microwave- and Dishwasher-Safe: Unless otherwise stated, our pottery is microwave- and dishwasher-safe. For optimal longevity, use the top rack of the dishwasher and avoid exposing items to extreme temperature changes (e.g., from freezer to microwave).

• Avoid placing pottery on direct heat sources like stovetops, as this may cause damage.

• To prevent potential damage to surfaces, we recommend using a coaster under pottery items, as they may be porous.

• For apparel, follow the washing and care instructions provided on the product label to maintain quality and durability.

• Always handle all items with care to prevent damage.

1. Returns and Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. You will need to send us a clear photo of the damaged item along with the packaging it arrived in. If we confirm that the item was damaged during shipping, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer credit or payment plans.

3. Design Process: At this time, we do not offer custom designs or personalization for our pottery or apparel. All items are sold as described in the product listings.

4. Account Security: We take the security of your information seriously. By purchasing from My Path of Heart, we agree to treat your account information as confidential, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Damaged Items: Please note that pottery and apparel items cannot be repaired once damaged. Pottery shards may be sharp and dangerous, so we recommend handling them with caution and disposing of them carefully. My Path of Heart is not liable for any personal injuries caused by broken pottery or for any damage that occurs to items after delivery.

6. Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our pottery and the small-batch production of our apparel, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, color, and finish. These variations are not defects but rather characteristics of artisan products.

7. Shipping and Delivery: We aim to carefully package all items to prevent damage during shipping. However, once the item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

8. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order fulfillment and communication regarding your purchase.

9. Intellectual Property: All designs, photographs, and descriptions of products on this website are the intellectual property of My Path of Heart and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written consent.

10. Force Majeure: My Path of Heart is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or shipping disruptions.
